Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service. My policies are subject to change.


Will Draw:

  • Furries (Any Species)

  • Protogens (Any Species)

  • Humans

  • Weapons

  • Blood

  • Robots

  • Mecha

  • Cyborgs

  • Monsters

  • Multifandom

  • Fanart

  • Any Pose

Won't Draw:

  • NSFW

  • Suggestive

  • Fetish

  • Gore

  • Elderly Characters

  • Offensive/Hate/Politics

  • Detailed Mecha

  • Overly Complex Design / OCs


General

  • I have the right to decline any request for any reason.

  • If you provide your Discord username or email, we may continue through Discord or Gmail for further communications.

  • I may accept requests that aren’t listed under “Will Draw” as long as they are appropriate and meet my skill level.

  • Feel free to ask questions if something isn’t covered in my commission sheet or terms.

  • Please provide clear, image-based references and detailed descriptions. I will not accept QR codes or External links (Imgur, ImgBB, Flickr, etc.).

  • If possible, include images that clearly show the details of your request, as I am a visual learner.

Payment

  • I take payment before I start working

  • Prices may vary on your commission type and which addons you choose.

  • Payments are only on Ko-fi.

  • I will only use PayPal to receive and refund payments.

WIPs & Revisions

  • I will send WIPs when:

  • I'm halfway through and/or have completed progress on the sketch.

  • I'm halfway through and/or have completed progress on the lineart.

  • Before I start rendering.

  • I will provide multiple options and/or suggest which one I think would fit better.

  • I allow up to 3 revisions per commission artwork. Revisions during the sketch phase are free.

  • Extra fees will be provided if you ask more than 3 revisions.

Turnaround Delivery

  • The estimated turnaround time is at least one(1) month, though it may take longer depending on circumstances.

  • If anything occurs to delay your commission/s, I will inform you as soon as possible.

  • Please don't hesitate to message me if you have any questions about the commission process and updates.

Refunding

  • Refunds are only available up to the lineart phase.

  • 85%–100% refund during the sketch phase. (After I send you, or before I start working, and will vary based on sketch progression)

  • 50% refund during the lineart phase. (After I finish sketching, during or after working on the lineart)

  • No refunds can be made after the commission is complete.

  • If I haven't started the commission yet and would like to cancel, please let me know.

  • Receiving your refund may take a few days.

Usage

  • All my commissioned artworks are only for personal use. (Profile/banner, physical prints, collection, etc.)

  • If you're gonna print the commissioned artwork, please let me know as I will send you both RGB and CMYK versions of the artwork.

  • You are free to post it on social media, just make sure you credit me.

  • You are not allowed to sell commissioned art for profit.

  • You are not allowed to use commissioned artworks for contests, competitions, or as your own work.

  • If used for commercial works, like projects, video games, websites, presentations, etc. please inform me, as there will be additional fees for commercial rights.

  • Please ask for permission if you wish to make minor edits to the commission artwork.

  • Requesting to remove my watermark is restricted, and you have no right to remove it.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • I have shared rights to your commissioned artwork and am free to post it on social media and use it for future promotional purposes (e.g., commission advertisement, portfolio, etc.).

  • You are, in no right, allowed to use my art (commissioned or not) in AI/NFT


Failure to follow these Terms of Service may result in being blacklisted from future commission openings.
